Our Beginnings

       Richmond Callaham Funeral Home began in 1947 after selling caskets and vaults out of Richmond-Callaham Hardware founded by C. C. (Kelly) Callaham. In 1962, after Kelly's death, John and Sara Callaham, son and daughter-in-law of C. C. Callaham, took over the business and built two funeral homes. One in Inez, KY and one in Warfield, KY.

       Over a period of 50 years, the Callaham family has been of service to most families in Martin County and also in West Virginia.
