Haskel Clyde Crum, age 84, of Columbus, Ohio, and formerly of Inez, Kentucky, passed away February 12, 2012 in Columbus. Haskel was a veteran of World War II and a dedicated employee of Cardinal Industries and Hamilton Local Schools. Haskel was preceded in death by parents Clyde and Ruth Crum, brother Andy Crum, brother Jerry Crum, sister Charlotte Pack, his wife of 65 years, Edith Hager, and their infant daughter Cyril Lorriaine. Haskel is survived by his four children; Darrell Crum(Mary), Linda Cornette (John), Jackie Moore (Bill), and Arbeata Slone (Jerry), grandchildren Darrell, Jeff, Shannon, and Dawn Crum, Jacqueline Burke, Johnna Cornette-Parker, Andy Delong, and Billy, Jimmy, and Peggy Moore. Haskel was also survived by nieces Brenda Andrix (Steve) and Darlene Conkle (Keith), nephew Edward Hager (Leslie), and great-grandaughter Savannah Delong that lived with Haskel and Edith extensively, and numerous additional great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 1:30pm at the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Warfield Chapel with Joe Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Warfield Cemetery of Warfield, KY. Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30pm at the chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.



Elizabeth Riley of Charleston, WV; formerly of Martin County, KY; passed away on Monday at the Charelston Area Medical Center Memorial Hospital in Charleston, Wv. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.

Walter Lee Walker Jr. of Columbus, OH formerly of West Virginia passed away on Tuesday. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.



Wayne Scott 81, of Inez, KY passed away on Monday at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, KY. He was born on February 22, 1930 in Martin County, KY; he was son of the late Axton and June Meade Scott. He was a member of the Martin County Mission of Freewill Baptist Church where he loved to attend services when he was able. He is preceded in death by his wife; Ruby Jude Scott in March of 2007; he is also preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Jean Scott, as well as siblings; Mary Scott Collins, Ellen Scott, Andy T. Scott, Willard Scott, Rass Scott, and Jeff Scott.

Wayne is survived his children; Carl Scott and Darrell Scott both of Pilgrim, KY, Michael Scott of Louisa, KY, Jimmy Dean Scott of Lovely, KY, Jason Scott of Inez, KY, Katherine Moore of Tomahawk, KY, Geneva Sartin of Inez, KY, Linda Fletcher of Flat Gap, KY, Patricia Hill of Inez, KY and Angie McCoy of Pilgrim, KY as well as 33 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. Wayne also leaves behind his brothers; Ben Scott, James Luther Scott, and Leonard Scott all of Pilgrim, KY, and Paul Dean Scott of Prestonsburg, KY as well as a sister, Isabelle Scott.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 11:00am at the Martin County Mission of Freewill Baptist Church with Bobby Mullins, Ben Scott, Tim McCoy, and Joe Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Robinson-Scott Cemetery of Pilgrim, KY. Visitation will be after 4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday until time of services on Thursday at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
